The site is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub Inc., USA) and delivered through Cloudflare (Cloudflare Inc., USA), which also protects it from attacks. When you open a page, your IP address, browser and the page you asked for reach these servers and may be logged for a short time for security. Cloudflare also counts page loads without cookies (Cloudflare Web Analytics). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, a safe and working site. Both companies take part in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Visits and clicks (for example which edit was played) are counted with GoatCounter (Netherlands). It sets no cookies and does not store your IP address or build a profile. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, knowing which works people watch.

Edits are played with the YouTube player in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com, Google Ireland Ltd.). When the player loads, Google receives your IP address and can see that you watched the video. If you are logged in to Google, it may link this to your account. When you send the order form, your name, email, Discord or Telegram (optional), deadline and your idea are saved in my Google Sheet and sent to me by email (Google, via Google Apps Script). If that fails, the form is sent to my email through the form service Web3Forms instead. I use this only to answer you and do the work, including the private preview page where you can leave comments. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, preparing and carrying out the order. Order data is kept as long as the law on bookkeeping requires (up to 10 years for invoices), otherwise deleted when no longer needed.

Payments are made with PayPal (PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg). PayPal handles your payment details; I only receive your name, email and the payment status. For PFS you enter an email so I can send you the download link; the link is a temporary Google Drive copy. Your email can be remembered in your own browser to fill the field next time. If you subscribe, your email is saved in my Google Sheet and you get a confirmation email first. Only after you confirm do you get an email when a new edit is out. You can unsubscribe any time with the link in every email. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

The site uses no cookies. Your browser keeps a few settings locally: theme, language, player volume and, if you bought something, your email for the form. They never leave your device and you can delete them by clearing site data. Fonts are loaded from this site, not from Google.

You can ask me what data I have about you, have it corrected or deleted, limit its use, get it in a common format and object to its use. You can withdraw a consent at any time. Write to Email. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (datenschutz-berlin.de).
